The Plaza is a 10 min walk. The popular Railyard (music, arts, and farmers market) is a 15-min walk as is the famous Canyon Rd with 100 art galleries.


It has a washer/ dryer, a full kitchen, a brand-new restroom with a standing shower, and central AC and mini-split for more cooling or heating. It has 2 queens and 1 twin.

The Space

The house has been thoughtfully furnished for modern conveniences without compromising its original character. The result is a sunlit home filled with original details, art, artifacts, antiques and hand-woven rugs. 

The living room, porch and exterior spaces provide a variety of experiences and allows for people to spread out.

 

The home comes with a fully-stocked kitchen, dining table that seats six, with a large TV.  WiFi insures that every room has excellent high speed internet.

 

The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner gas cooktop with externally vented range hood, an electric oven, a refrigerator, and dishwasher. It’s fully stocked with small appliances, including a microwave, Cuisinart coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans and bakeware.

The master bedroom has one queen bed and a workspace desk and chair. The desk can serve as a standing or sitting desk, depending on your preference.  It has electronic controls.  

The guest bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed. It also has a similar workspace desk.

There are Washer and Dryer located in the utility space off the kitchen.

The historic house has an old-timey porch which is ideal for hanging out on the glider with a drink, enjoying the flowers in the front garden, and greeting the dog-walking neighbors. The propane grill will invite you to have a BBQ on the porch.

 

The entire historic house (avenue street entrance) and its grounds to the right of the house are for guest use only. The outdoor space facing Webber street is shared outdoor space with guests from the adjoining house. Though it is rare that both houses are rented at the same time.

Street parking with permit tags is available for 2 cars.
