Studio - Lower Level
The studio space is part of the partially sub-terranean lower level. Though it is mostly only used by the Owners, it is interconnected such that it can be an added space depending on the size of your group.
This naturally air-conditioned, self-sufficient space has an attached bathroom and dual vanity, allowing for efficient use of privacy versus public space.
Santa Fe's late spring/summer/early fall weather can be ideal for leaving windows open. Air conditioning is rarely needed; however, for the occasional warm days, the property is equipped with central AC (a rarity).
The property has dual heating systems. Radiant as well as forced heat. Most people prefer radiant heating because it does not dehumidify the air and is quiet. For especially nippy days or times, you can get a quick hot air supply by turning on the forced central heating system.
